When Does My 30 Day Trial Begin? Your 30 day trial does not begin the day you order, but instead begins the first day your materials arrive. This way you have a full 30 days to review all the course materials. When Do The Course Materials Have To Be Returned Back? You don't have to have the materials back to our office within the 30 day trial period. However, it must be postmarked within 30 days after the original delivery date and received by our office within 10 days there after, for you to receive proper crediting. What If All The Materials Are Open Or Used? We encourage you to open a use all the materials during your trial period. Please, read through and inspect everything. This way you'll see how easy real estate investing can be and you'll be able to decide if the course is right for you. Who Pays For The Return Shipping? If you decide not to keep your course, you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend you use UPS Ground service or insured mail with tracking.
